Sesethu has over 10 years of experience developing and executing communications campaigns for clients. In addition to holding an Honours degree in Public Relations, she has enjoyed lecturing at the tertiary level, and is a seasoned public speaker and experienced radio presenter.

Sesethu is a board member of Fruits of Democracy and Inkhulu Freeheid, both initiatives seek to deepen democracy, enhance social cohesion and uplift the socio-economic state of South Africa.
